Our walls are not straight, there was paint all over the floor when we moved in and now, just a bit over one year at this place, our roof is leaking and there is a hole on our master bedroom. We have contacted the builder because this is under warranty and despite three scheduled calls, they have not showed up. I will not be taking another day off work to sit here and wait for a no show.

If you drive around their homes by the 400hwy you will note all the homes that are for re-sale because everyone else is having issues with their poor quality built homes. The communication with this company was excellent. I think you need to have some builder's experience.
